Grammar notes
Basic order is verb-penultimate. Adjectives follow nouns. Postpositions.
Pro-drop.

Minor quirk: The 'dative' is used for subjects of intransitive verbs.

The article - the Hadwan titular article 'hâ' is used somewhat like 'the' plus
capitalization in English, to imply that its noun is basically of a more
fundamental nature than others of its class and/or whose referent is obvious
without introduction. Forexample the difference between 'an internet' and
'the Internet'. (It's not just a definite article, though: you wouldn't use
it for something introduced with an indefinite article, such as "a man crossed
the street; a truck came out and hit the man". You'd use a demonstrative for
that.) The article is also used on nouns modified by gerundive adjectives
("the running man").
